Luka Šulić performs worldwide as a soloist in classical performances and as a member of the internationally popular super group 2CELLOS. He started his music education in Maribor at the age of five. At fifteen, he became one of the youngest students ever to enroll in the Zagreb Academy of Music with Professor Walter Despalj, where he graduated at eighteen. He continued his higher education in Vienna with Professor Reinhard Latzko. Šulić holds a master’s degree with honors from the Royal Academy of Music in London in 2011.
Luka Šulić is one of the most beloved and highly respected musicians on the international scene because of his virtuosity and passion that he imparts at every performance. In her new project, she will be the first musician in history to perform a full version of Vivaldi’s Four Seasons for Cello. Luka chose this masterpiece because he had fallen in love with him as a child and had been painstakingly preparing for this version for solo cello and orchestra for over two years.
