As part of the European tour, the Portuguese gothic / dark metal star MOONSPELL will be coming to Slovakia as a headliner to present fans not only with songs from the latest album of 1755, but their concert will also include songs from older albums. The band has been on the scene for 27 years, released 13 studio albums and live DVD called DVD LISBOA UNDER SPELL. The concept of the latest studio album 1755 released via Napalm Records is about the saddest day of their capital city Lisbon (1.11.1755). The band on the album added to the orchestral elements and choirs, using mainly aggressive vocals, to feel the traditional poetic on it and in addition is all sung in Portuguese.
Another star of the evening will be the Greek dark / black metal legend ROTTING CHRIST, who is coming to present her new high-rated album Heretics, which is scheduled for release on 15 February and will be released through the Season of Mist. Heretics is inspired by quotes and statements from great heretics throughout history. The leader of the band Sakis mixed the best ingredients from the last four albums and managed to add some new elements. The band has released 13 studio albums so far and is one of the leaders on the world dark or black metal scene. The ROTTING CHRIST concert shows have evolved to a perfect experience in recent years and their club concerts are more intense than ever. ROTTING CHRIST is currently in top form, which is confirmed by the reactions of enthusiastic fans from all over the world.
The official support of the Bratislava show will be the Slovak dark / doom star GALADRIEL, which has been on the scene since 1995 and released eight albums, although currently for family reasons rather hybernuje, but certainly did not say her last word. This will be their only concert in Slovakia this year.
