The British electro hip-hop sensation Stereo MC’s is coming back to Zagreb! On Monday, November 9, 2024, the Zagreb club Boogaloo will host this legendary band known for its distinctive sound and incredible energy at performances.
The audience can expect an unforgettable combination of greatest hits and new songs that will be found on the upcoming album, planned for 2025.
“There is a lot of new musical material that we are developing. Part of it is directed towards the club scene that suits our label, while part of it goes back to the familiar sound of Stereo MC’s,” reveals Rob Birch. “We are working on making sure that you feel every piece of music on the dance floor, but also in your heart.”
Stereo MC’s was founded by singer Rob Birch and DJ and producer Nick Hallam in the mid-eighties, inspired by a love of hip-hop, funk and electronic music. With their third album “Connected” from 1992, which includes hits such as “Connected” and “Step It Up”, they conquered audiences around the world and became one of the most important names in the genre.
After a decade of creation, the band has maintained a recognizable style, collaborating with numerous artists and performing around the world. Along with the biggest hits, the Zagreb audience will be among the first to hear the new songs from the upcoming album, and DJ Krnya, with his unique style and 38 years of experience on the scene, will support Stereo MC’s performance.
Early bird tickets until October 10 will be available at a price of 25 euros in the Entrio system, while the regular price of tickets will be 30 euros, and 35 euros on the day of the concert.
Don’t miss the chance to experience this iconic band live and dance to sounds that still sound as fresh today as they did thirty years ago!
