THE WORLD’S ONLY IRON MAIDEN SYMPHONY PROJECT WILL PERFORM FOR THE FIRST TIME IN ZAGREB ON SUNDAY 02.02.2025. IN THE VATROLSLAV LISINSKI CONCERT HALL
On Sunday 02.02.2025. will perform for the first time in Zagreb the world’s only Iron Maiden Symphoy project consisting of the Iron Maiden tribute band Piece of Maiden accompanied by the “Muzikon” symphony orchestra, all in celebration of the 50th anniversary of the British heavy metal legends Iron Maiden.
That evening, guitars will meet with violins, cellos and trumpets and, together with drums, they will perform a completely new symphonic dimension to the songs of the Iron Maiden group.
The Muzikon Orchestra can boast of a large number of performances and collaborations with big world names such as: Jorg Vinkler, Abraham Kreftmejer, Kordelia Hofer Tojč, Boris Berezovski, Bizjak duo, Stefan Milenković, as well as with members of the world’s most famous orchestras: Bamberg Symfoniker and Royal Concertgebouw from Amsterdam so the performance quality will be at the top level.
The opus of the program covers all periods of the group with an emphasis on the central part of Iron Maiden’s career, namely those in which frontman Bruce Dickinson sang in completely new arrangements adapted for a symphony orchestra; so there are hits like “Runnig Free”, “Aces High”, “Sanctuary”, “Purgatory”, “Run To The Hills”, “Number Of The Beast”, “Hallowed Be Thy Name”, “The Trooper”, ” 2 Minutes To Midnight”, “Can I Play With Madness”, “Holly Smoke”, “Bring You Daughter… To The Salughter”, “Fear Of The Dark”, “Lord Of Flies”, “The Wicker Man”, “Rainmaker”, “Speed ​​Of Light”…
As an introduction to this unique evening, the original heavy metal band Centurion will perform, whose members include
Iron Maiden tribute band Piece Of Maiden will also play their material, also with the Muzikon symphony orchestra.
