The manifestation turns back to its beginning. Darkness and otherness brought us up to a different approach to black metal. Metaphysical hell has never been as interesting as this season. The next “package” of bands shows it best. We wander further and think about what to do, if it hasn’t already been obeyed?! From the underground we receive three variations on the theme, three completely different bands. Let’s shorten the week with the best that the cellars of Zagreb, Bremen and Barcelona bring us:

ππππ built his story on excessive listening to Entombed and Grave. Although at the very beginning they smelled more like dbeat, slowly and surely they grew, adding black metal-inspired riffs, so today that combination sounds too bad. The dead thump-thump becomes a relentless blast, with Lovecraftian themes and HM2 distortion that takes us nostalgically back to the time when death metal reeked of hell.

πππ are not sitting on the right side of their father, but they are sitting on the legacy of the first wave of black metal and the thrash foundation that adorned the very beginning of this genre. In the north of Germany, this is how a group that collects a limousine to enter hell has been brewing for years with its uncompromising riffing that owes a lot to the old Slayers or Venom. Masked and powerful, from the cosmos to chaos as they themselves like to beat.

ππππππ have been diligently exploring the depths of death metal for some time now. The lineups change, but the goal remains the same! An uncompromising combination of various genres slowly crystallizes towards a dead dance of heaviness and anger in which black and thrash play brilliantly with what Bolt Thrower did in his best days. The guys evolve from release to release, and this incarnation is our favorite so far. Get ready for a long headbang marathon!
