The summer has already become hot because the post metal giants Amenra are finally arriving in Croatia! These very awkward Belgians are coming to the Swamp on Monday, August 8th! Tickets at the price of HRK 140/170/190 can be purchased at the Dirty Old Shop, and early bird tickets can be purchased until June 1. or out of stock.

Amenra was founded in 1999 in Kortrijk by vocalist Colin van Eeckhout, guitarist Mathieu Vandekerckhove and ex-bassist Kristof Mondi who left the hardcore punk band Spineless, and today the band also consists of drummer Bjorn Lebon, guitarist Lennart Bossu and bassist Tim De Gieter. In their very rich and fruitful career, they released six releases in the “Mass” series and dozens of EPs, splits, compilations, and even the book “Church of Ra”.
Their style can be described as a combination of doom, sludge, hardcore, and at live concerts the visualizations that accompany their music play an important role.

The legendary band Neurosis, for whose publishing house Neurot Records they released the album Mass V, are notable role models. They founded the band collective Church of Ra in 2005, with notable representatives Oathbreaker and The Black Heart Rebellion.

On this occasion, they will promote things from the current album De Doorn, as well as play a section of the greatest hits from their impressive career in their first performance in Croatia.
