Cannibalistic autumn in Ljubljana
The days are shorter, the nights are darker, the atmosphere is more and more dark – and this time we are not advertising noč čarvnica. We are preparing you for the event, that Sunday, October 13, 2024, will be the night of death metal in Ljubljana.
The undisputed kings of the death metal scene, the American Cannibal Corpse, are coming to Kino Šiška. The New York-Florida quintet, which was joined a few years ago by cult guitarist Erik Rutan (Hate Eternal, ex-Morbid Angel, ex-Ripping Corpse) as the ‘newest’ member, will stop in China Šiška as part of a long European tour, on Kater presents such classic hits as the latest (albeit two years old) album Chaos Horrific, which says that the ladies are far from resting.
The legendary New York technical death metallers Immolation, who still present the excellent dark and blasphemous opus Acts Of God, will also perform as the opening act.
Another good news is that part of this package is the thrash-crossover band Municipal Waste, which is known for its seriously entertaining and also extremely impactful performances, all of which will open the increasingly active Schizophrenia.
